WeFit allows users to leave anonymous ratings of each other after participating in pods or scheduled activities. Ratings are collected to help maintain trust, accountability, and quality within the community. These scores may be aggregated and displayed as an average rating on user profiles. WeFit may also collect structured feedback (e.g., reasons for a rating) for internal moderation purposes, but this feedback is not made visible to other users. By using the platform, you agree to participate in the rating system and understand that your average rating may be visible to others.
12. Privacy Controls and Visibility Settings
WeFit allows you to control how visible your information is to other users. You can adjust your privacy settings within the app to:
- Hide which public pods you've joined from appearing on your profile
These settings are optional and customizable. By default, all users can view the public pods you're in unless you change these settings in your privacy preferences.
13. Pod Visibility and Discovery
WeFit offers both public and private pods. When you create or join a public pod, other users may be able to discover that pod, view limited information about it, and see that you are a member. Public pods may be recommended to other users based on shared preferences or location.
If you create or join a private pod, it will only be visible to users who receive a direct invite. WeFit will not recommend private pods in search results or suggestions.
You can choose the pod visibility setting during pod creation. By participating in public pods, you acknowledge that some of your profile information and activity may be more broadly visible within the WeFit community.
14. Public Profile Information
When you create a WeFit account, certain information from your profile may be visible to other users to support matching, trust, and community participation. Unless you change your privacy settings, your profile may publicly display:
First name
- Location (city and state)
- Active level and fitness style
- Rating (based on community ratings)
- Fitness activities you've selected
- Availability preferences
- Other interests (such as music, gaming, sports, arts and entertainment, wellness, travel, and the outdoors)
- Uploaded profile photos
- Public pods you've joined (unless you choose to hide this in your privacy settings)
This information helps others understand your fitness preferences and community engagement. You can adjust who sees the public pods you have joined in your privacy settings.
15. Additional Rights for Specific Regions

California residents have additional rights including:
- Right to know what personal information is collected

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
